The Center for Problem Gambling, a program of Capital Counseling, is the largest gambling treatment center in the Capital Region. The Center has been providing counseling and support services to individuals who need help with their gambling problems since 1996.
With a new casino set to open in New York State, regulatory agencies, treatment groups such as Capital Counseling, and casino officials are making an effort to address addiction. Jerry Kriss, Clinical Director for the Center for Problem Gambling, was interviewed on CBS News10.
