All calls use peer-to-peer connections with end-to-end encryption for maximum privacy and security. Please note that the portal is only compatible with Google Chrome and Firefox internet browsers.
Client Portal Sign-Up
After you have booked your first video session, you will need to create your TherapyNotes Client Portal account. The steps outlined below guide you through the initial set-up.

- Check your email inbox for an email from noreply@therapyportal.com with the subject Client Portal Login
- Click on the link provided in the email
- Enter your birthdate, name, and set your password. Please save your password as you will be prompted to login for all video sessions. If you require a password reset, please get in touch with our Intake team.
