Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to the agency director and to customers of our Agency’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role is ideal for a quick learner who enjoys working on a broad range of tasks and projects in a fast-paced, professional work environment.
In addition to assisting the director with managing phone calls, email requests and appointments, the Administrative Assistant will track customer data, generate reports and facilitate service agreements and contracts with partners and perform quarterly/annual invoicing to EAP customers.
