We are excited to share that Capital Counseling has officially relocated to a new office space in Albany.

This move marks an important new chapter for our organization as we continue our longstanding mission of providing high-quality mental health counseling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to individuals, families, and employers throughout the Capital Region.

Street parking is available. Our office is located on the corner of Park Avenue and Ontario Street, with the main entrance on Park Avenue. See image below.

Our new space has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming, comfortable, and confidential environment for clients. The updated office allows us to better support the needs of our community while continuing the trusted care we have provided for generations.

What This Means for Clients

• All appointments scheduled in Albany will now take place at the new address.

• Phone numbers and email addresses remain the same.

• Virtual services continue to be available.

• The new office has ample street parking available along Park Ave and Ontario .
