Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a session you are already signed up for, please email behavioralworkshop@capitalcounseling.org or call 518-462-6531 Ext 117, with your name and the class you were scheduled to attend. You must cancel before the day of the session to receive a Future Session Credit.
Future Session Credit

All sales are final. Refunds are not available for paid classes and workshops. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have already paid, with a prior notice of cancellation, you will be provided with a Future Session Credit that you may apply toward payment for any future class or workshop. Please call 518-462-6531 Ext 117 for additional information or assistance with this policy.
Credit Card Statement
Capital Counseling is a d/b/a of Family & Children’s Service of the Capital Region, Inc.. You will see Family & Children’s Services on any Credit card or PayPal statements for these classes.
